为何论坛中上传的资源都无法下载了？

论坛中上传的资源我都无法下载啊，请问版主这是什么原因啊？本来都好好的。

我试过很多了，都是在应用资源区的，好像每一个都不行的，晕了。

完全下载正常。..直接下或者使用工具下都是完全正常

晕，为什么我还是不行啊？
