升级CW9　for　palm遇到问题

安装完升级包以后，按照提示，我打开"Build All.mcp"开始build,但是当build "POL Lib.mcp"的时候，出现错误，如下，好像是license的问题，我第一次接触Palm编程，才安装了个IDE就碰到了问题，希望过来人能给点指点:D

经过调查，是ARMlet_Runtime.mcp build时出错，是不是这东西不影响开发？
