闲着无聊 输入了几十个C语言基本函数的说明文件
使用KDIC的转换工具转换的
上传上来大家分享
谁愿意更加完善
可以在文本文件中添加

干脆把我自己作的输入工具也上传吧
写得很简陋大家别笑话。

数据库中添加了一些Linux下Socket的函数和数据结构，希望大家继续完善

添加更多的功能 ，把编译程序一起加上去。
