登记保修后要多久能收到确认的ＥＭＡＩＬ呀，我另外是不是要等到收到我寄出的机子，才从新加坡寄会回返修机呢？整个过程大概要历时多久呀。

今天联系了PLAMONE的MM了,服务态度很好,已经登记了.因为我把Z72的漆给全刮掉了,我没和他们说,不知道行不行.

唉，共产党的海关效率也太慢了点，我的ＴＴ３都两天了现在还在海关呆着，我看DHL的记录过香港海关只用了几分钟！

气死我了，直到今天ＤＨＬ才打个电话给我说，我的东西被海关扣住了，要我到福州填报关单或寄给我填我再寄回去，真是麻烦。

好消息:X:,我收到了,12月8日电话报修,收到维修号,12月9日把Z72快递到嘉定,12月13日就收到从新加坡发来的全新的PAIM了(从外观来看,我原来把漆给全刮掉了):D:,记住电话报修时千万不能说漆刮掉的事.PLAM的服务我真的很满意.:Y:

:D:因为长期出差，Plam在朋友那躺了10天才回倒我的手上。本来在坛子上面看到好多人说回来的机器有刮痕，但我的机器就没有这回事（我的是71,在保修期最后十天才出的问题－－还是屏幕－－运气不是一般的好啊！！！）回来的机器根本就和新的一样。
别的东西我还没有详细测试，但从外观上来说，我非常满意！！
迟一点要回机器了，我想这台机子还可以卖个好价钱。

羡慕呀，我１２月１日报修的，东西在海关躺了６天了，花了２０多快递资料过去清关，可能最快也要１５日才能收到机子。:angry:

唉，palm和DHL的服务没有大家说的那么好呀，第一次保修的体验真是糟糕透了，特别别是ＤＨＬ的服务真是不敢苟同，业务水平和责任心都极差，相同的问题连犯两次，东西到现在都还没有收到，也没有见到主动来过电话。
