这个,我向来抵制日货的。原来日本人就没把我们中国人当人看,以为处处好欺负。具体的例子不用举了,如果中国人还买日货,就真的是犯贱了。
当然,有些领域没有替代品也不得不~~~

过了保修期,可以联系我们全国pda连锁维修服务店,看我们能不能帮你。

当然你也可以继续联系PalmOne热线。当然这样的维修一定要收费的,且很贵。

境外的PalmOne机器都可以保修的。如何查询你的机器有没有过保修期一样可以打热线电话。

从我返修的情况看,保修卡是不需要的,只要你的机器是palm生产的,它就认.

如果是换翻新机的情况,松江仓库收到坏机器后,会立即登记,新加坡就会立即寄出翻新机器给你,然后他们会给你email,上面有一个维修号,进入网页后,还可以看到一个号码,是DHL的快递编号,可以查询到转运的情况,接近实时.

我是周五下午送到松江仓库的,周一早上去上班,新机器已在办公桌上了.

注册是为了方便palm客服核对你的地址.最好留公司地址,减少被海关扣的可能性.

palm的机器以前都是天弘电子(celestica生产的,上海在外高桥,苏州在工业园区),他们现在不生产了,但是目前从新加坡给你寄机器的还是天弘电子.

现在上海另有一家在给palm生产机器,叫hip,在金桥.

翻新机还是很不错的,我曾经托朋友从美国拍了3台IIIc回来,1台是原装二手,2台是palm renew,二手的坏了,renew的没坏.

今天刚刚把TC送过去,WUJING大哥,我的TC背面的sn贴纸掉下来了。
我是在information 版本信息里面找到的机器的sn号码。后面的就按照你的说明去做了。
应该没问题吧?
